We offer international shipping to ALL countries (with the exception of countries listed here). Shipping costs a small fraction of the total order, reason being the vast majority of international freight costs and courier payments are managed by Scorphx in order to maintain an equitable and easy-to-access product market for our fans all over the world. For a $100 jersey order, the shipping fee will be max $10. Does not matter where you are located distance-wise-- we have reduced fees such that the distance barriers traditionally holding certain regions of the world back from ordering from goods stores have been reduced and/or completely removed. With that being said, we at Scorphx have nothing to do with duty fees/tax-- please read note about duty fees/tax later down this page. Shipping works as follows:
Step 1: Collecting orders
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. That is when the manufacturing process begins.
Step 2: Manufacturing the jerseys
This usually takes about 7 business days, the time needed for my manufacturer to produce the high-quality, hand-stitched jerseys you see on my website.
Step 3: Shipping
You will receive an email when your order has shipped from the post office. Depending on location of customer in the world, the the estimated wait time from time of order is about 2-3 weeks. Orders that have outstanding balances or have not been paid for will not be processed. We will send you an email/SMS if your payment cannot be processed. We hope to make this faster in the future, and do appreciate your patience.
Note about duty fees/tax: Scorphx is not responsible for duty fees, customs fees, taxes, or any additional fees associated with packages crossing borders. As these rates vary depending on the country/location, and in most cases do not even exist/apply, duty taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund (read more detail in Refund section).your patience.

Note about countries listed in "exceptions": Due to COVID-19, current world events such as wars, etc., some countries have sanctions and/or bans in place concerning USPS deliveries entering their borders. The full list - which is constantly changing as per the above mentioned reasons - can be found on the USPS website here. Options for customers in these locations- email scorphx@scorphx.com and we will find a different courier service to ship it to you via. Note, however, that shipping will not be free as other courier services are not part of our partnership agreements so the new shipping fee (average is currently $39.97) would have to be financed by the customer.

Because we operate internationally and have customers all around the world, shipping wait times can vary, depending on specific location, order volume, and postal traffic. Additionally, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience potential shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding amidst circumstances that are outside of our control. Additional delays may be due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems. We ask for, and appreciate, your patience.
