Terms of Service

We are not allowing returns for the entirety of the World Cup sale for many reasons. Primary reason: due to jerseys being customized, they cannot be returned like a generic jersey. As such, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our best advice to you: buy with the assumption that all sales are final. You should carefully check the sizing chart provided for best accuracy.

If you really do have a size issue and /or other real issue, we can sort something out. Please contact us scorphx@scorphx.com about this. Other than that, we are not allowing returns for the entirety of the World Cup sale for many reasons. The first and foremost is COVID-19 regulations complicating matters where clothing is tried on and used by other individuals and then having to be redistributed. The second is liability having to do with the first reason where quality assurance is out of Scorphx Team's control. Lastly, perhaps the most obvious is that the jerseys are customized with names and numbers. Custom pieces can simply not be returned for an equal item in the market because there is none.

Long transit times and undelivered packages 


Please understand that as soon as a customer is provided with a tracking number, the package is NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SCORPHX. To help explain what is actually happening behind the scenes, once we ship the package out to a given customer, the customer simultaneously receives a tracking email. We use USPS First-Class shipping. For domestic customers (in the US), USPS handles deliveries all the way through to the customer. For international customers, the package changes hands between numerous entities including domestic customs, foreign customs, and foreign carrier services. FOR BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, I DO NOT CONTROL THE SPEED OF DELIVERY AFTER I HAVE PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. Similarly, Scorphx is not responsible for packages that get lost during transit from me to customer. It is a rare thing to happen, but it has happened since COVID-19 pandemic began and should be noted. I am clearly stating this here for everyone's information.

Note about duty fees/tax: Scorphx is not responsible for duty fees or taxes associated with packages sent to different countries. As these rates vary depending on the country/location, and in most cases do not even exist/apply, duty fees, customs fees, taxes, or any additional fees associated with packages crossing borders are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items


We do make exceptions for specific circumstances. We have made such exceptions in the past and will continue to do so where we deem fair. 

There are certain items that are non-returnable and this is made clear in the product description. Customized jerseys (customized name and/or number) fall into this category of non-returnable.


Exchanges


We accept exchanges where a customer ordered an incorrect size and needs to change size. The customer will have to cover the shipping cost for the exchange- the cost to send the package back to the return address as well as the shipping cost to send the exchanged package back to the customer.


Refunds


Given that we proceed with a return: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 24-72 hours for for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
